Our History

Having lived in Meeker County for over 30 years, Karla knew this is also where she would like to raise a family. Karla and her husband, Daren, did just that! Deven is now 21 and a licensed real estate agent and Kayla is 19 and a student at Bethel University in St. Paul.

Karla and Daren started Focus Realty, LLC in 2005. It was an easy transition for Karla as she had the background experience of an Escrow Officer in Minneapolis and knew the real estate industry.

Though Karla and Deven can assist investors, buyers, and sellers in all of Minnesota, their primary Focus has been in the Meeker, Wright, Stearns and McLeod Counties.
